1. What FanRoute is

FanRoute ("the Service", "we", "us") is a link-routing service that lets a creator publish a single public profile page that points visitors to the creator's own destinations on other platforms. The Service is operated as a software-as-a-service product. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "Creator") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What FanRoute is not

FanRoute does not host media, does not stream or sell content, does not run a marketplace, and does not operate as a content-discovery network. FanRoute is a safe-for-work product and only routes outbound links to destinations chosen by the Creator. See our Content Policy for the full operational boundary.

3. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for all activity on your account, and for ensuring that any destination URL you publish complies with applicable law and with the terms of the destination platform.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to publish or route to:

Content involving minors in any sexual context (CSAM), trafficking, or non-consensual material.
Full-service sex work, escort services, or any transaction that violates applicable law.
Deepfakes, impersonation, or doxxing of any person without verifiable consent.
Phishing pages, malware, scams, or fraud.
Spam, mass-generated profiles, scraping of the Service, or automated abuse.
Destinations that violate applicable law in your jurisdiction or the visitor's likely jurisdiction.

5. Moderation and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, deactivate any individual link, or remove any profile that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law. We may act with or without prior notice when we believe action is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Material moderation actions are logged for audit.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the text, images, and link destinations you publish. You grant FanRoute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and route traffic to your published content solely to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any third-party destination linked from your profile is safe, lawful, or available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanRoute and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to FanRoute in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set by counsel], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

10. Changes
